Return and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and free from scratches or damages.
- All original packaging and components must be returned.
Non-eligible Items
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging/components are ineligible for return.
Process to Initiate a Return
- Fill out our return form.
- Await confirmation email and further instructions.
- Ship items back to the provided address.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned items, after inspection. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
